About Caitlin Hughes
Counsellor, Mental Healthy Advocate and Public Speaker Masters of Counselling Monash University
Caitlin Hughes is a holistic counsellor and trauma specialist who works at the intersection of inner-child healing, somatic therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. Drawing on an eclectic blend of therapeutic styles, she helps you reprogram subconscious, unhelpful thoughts, emotions and behaviours so you can stop living in your head and start feeling emotionally regulated, grounded and free.
With extensive experience supporting clients in both Australia and overseas, Caitlin brings a nurturing, validating, warm and gently empowering approach to every session. Her work creates a safe, connected space where you can fully trust the process of releasing old patterns and reclaiming the strongest, truest version of yourself.
